Psilocybin retreats in Jamaica

The locations that recur most in the records: Treasure Beach (4), Negril (3), Runaway Bay (2), with 20 of 33 centers publishing no location at all. Negril and the north-coast resort corridor on one side, Treasure Beach on the quieter south side — and more operators here than anywhere else publish no address at all. Location matters more than the brochures let on, because it determines how far you are from a hospital if something goes wrong, and how much of your fee is paying for beachfront rather than clinical staff.

What to watch for

Jamaica's openness cuts both ways. Because nothing is prohibited, nothing is licensed either, so there is no regulator, no register and no complaints process. Medical screening quality varies more here than anywhere else we track. Ask for the name and credential of whoever is doing your intake, and treat vagueness as an answer.
